一、专业介绍
国际商务硕士（MIB）旨在培养适应经济全球化趋势，胜任涉外企事业单位、政府部门和社会团体从事国际商务经营运作与管理工作的应用型、复合型、外向型高级商务专门人才。要求学生具备良好的政治思想素质和职业道德素养，具备完善的国际商务知识、国际商务分析与决策能力，熟练掌握现代国际商务实践技能，具有较高的外语水平和较强的跨文化交流能力。
吉林外国语大学于2014年获批国际商务专业硕士点，2015年首次招生，2021年设立MIB教育中心。截至2024年累计招生91人（含留学生30人），已培养8届毕业生，授予学位54人（含留学生25人）。学位点师资队伍由 25位具有坚实教学科研基础、丰富实践经验的教师组成，其中校内专任教师15名，校外行业实践导师10名。校内专任教师中，高级职称者占比54%、博士占比54%、在读博士占比33%、拥有境外经历者占比40%，大多毕业于国内外知名高校，有吉林省教学新秀1名，长白山学者1名，吉林省E类人才4人，师资力量充足，结构合理，教育背景多元，国际化特色鲜明。行业实践导师来自长春兴隆保税区经贸局、恩梯梯数据（中国）信息有限公司等国际商务相关政府管理部门和行业优秀企业，为学生提供了紧密贴合实际的实践指导与行业经验分享。

Master of International Business, MIB
1. Program Introduction
The Master of International Business (MIB) aims to cultivate applied, interdisciplinary, and export-oriented senior business professionals who can adapt to the trend of economic globalization and are competent in international business operation and management in foreign-related enterprises and institutions, government departments, and social organizations. Students are required to have sound political and ideological qualities as well as professional ethics, comprehensive knowledge of international business, capabilities in international business analysis and decision-making, proficiency in modern international business practical skills, a high level of foreign language proficiency, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Jilin International Studies University was approved to offer the MIB program in 2014, enrolled its first cohort of students in 2015, and established the MIB Education Center in 2021. By 2024, the program has admitted a total of 91 students (including 30 international students), trained 8 batches of graduates, and awarded degrees to 54 students (including 25 international students). The faculty team of the program comprises 25 teachers with solid teaching and research foundations and rich practical experience, including 15 full-time on-campus teachers and 10 off-campus industry practice mentors. Among the full-time on-campus teachers, 54% hold senior professional titles, 54% have doctoral degrees, 33% are doctoral candidates, and 40% have overseas experience. Most of them graduated from renowned universities at home and abroad, with 1 Jilin Provincial Outstanding Young Teacher, 1 Changbai Mountain Scholar, and 4 Jilin Provincial Class E Talents. The faculty is sufficient in quantity, reasonable in structure, diverse in educational backgrounds, and distinctive in international characteristics. The industry practice mentors come from international business-related government departments and outstanding enterprises in the field, such as the Economic and Trade Bureau of Changchun Xinglong Bonded Area and NTT DATA (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd., providing students with practical guidance and industry experience sharing that are closely aligned with real-world scenarios.
